Welcome to the next installment of Workout Wednesday – Yoga! Being a former college student who is now looking for full time employment I am unable to spend lots of money (read: broke) on a gym or workout/yoga classes, unfortunately those types of things are expensive. Thankfully there is lots of free information all over the web for workouts (and lower cost options) you just have to spend the time looking for the one you want to do. From my research on the internet I have found two great resources for my yoga practice! One is a book and the other is a website with over thousands of yoga videos you can do anywhere!
